Looking back on 2016
The holiday decorations are tucked away and you’ve swept up the last strand of tinsel. We’ve bid farewell to 2016 and declared our New Years resolutions. As we look back on the last year, we fondly reminisce about the guests whom we’d met for the first time and those whom we welcomed back. Year after year our guests enjoy the historic and welcoming ambiance here at the Admiral Fitzroy and we are continually making improvements to preserve and improve the integrity of this Newport gem. In 2016 there were three guest rooms that were re-carpeted, new AC units were installed in nearly half of our guest rooms, we put all new furniture and planter landscaping on our popular rooftop deck, repaved our driveway, and the expansion of the Assisted Living facility right behind us has been completed! Be on the lookout for next months newsletter as we will be sharing our wish list for 2017 improvements!
